Many of our flavors are made with fresh ingredients like ginger juice, organic blueberries, local limes, etc. to enhance flavor and increase nutritional benefits. We even work with local restaurants to recycle bottles because we love Cayman and the environment.

We only use triple filtered kangen water and demerara sugar to brew our kombucha. We have developed a unique brewing process that not only makes for a delicious brew, but also a more hydrating experience for you. Though the exact amount of residual sugar varies from brew to brew, you can taste that we like our kombucha less sweet.
If you ever have been to one our tastings, you know that every kombucha brewer has a different style. Just like beer brewers and types.
At Saucha, we know how important it is to you to know exactly what you are putting into your body. Rest assured, we are working on getting the exact nutritional information for you. Including actual sugar content (residual sugar content post-brewing is very low; you can expect less than 70 calories in a 750 ml bottle) and which probiotics are present.
To bottle our kombucha, we work with local restaurants to re-purpose and recycle the bottles. We are conscientious about the amount of waste in Cayman, and don’t like to add to it. So we recycle.
